I love you dearly and am so glad I was blessed to have you as my little sister! You always make me laugh and I will always have a blast with you! Hope that your 23rd birthday was a blast! Love you tons and tons and can't wait to be reunited very very soon!(yes she was born on the day everyone lately wishes their babies were born on April 6, 1984)
